Post Office Planter Improvements in Palouse, Washington Appreciated

Gary Hayden of Atlas Concrete, Pullman,Wash., was warmly thanked by the City of Palouse for helping refresh the border of round rock behind the roses and surrounding the Palouse planters rose garden at the newest Post Office.
