2012 Compost Permits are now available at Palouse, Wash., City Hall. If you plan on using the facility at all in 2012 for your leaves, grass, and soft vegetation, a permit is required in advance. The cost is only $15.00. The continuance of the compost program relies on the sale of permits so please don’t share your permit; it is non-transferable.
