The Whitman County Library has just about come to the end of it's 2012 Summer Reading Program, "Dream Big".
The childrens portion ended for the Palouse library with Joshua Appel winning the year's membership to the Palouse Discovery Science Center for him and his family.
The teens and adult reading portion will continue
until August 31, when the county will be drawing a grand prize of a Kindle
Touch for the adults and a IPod Nano for the teens.
Palouse will be giving away
two awesome filled baskets for our teen and adults readers.
The Palouse
Library is very grateful to all the businesses and individuals who donated to
the program this year. Because of their financial support we were
able to bring in musician, animals and science to the library for a lot of
fun.
The Palouse Xeondians did an awesome job of providing snacks to keep
the energy up all summer long. Here's to a great summer and keep
reading!!
