October 4, 2011 Rockford Women’s Club met at the Harvest Moon banquet room. Seven new members joined. The ladies enjoyed the business meeting and getting acquainted.
Afterwards they held a Candle Party, with the proceeds and gifts donated back to the Women’s Club to be used for door prizes which are won at each meeting.
October 18, 2011, eighteen members shared an evening of fun with a Progressive Dinner, starting at the home of Crecia Primmer for Hors d'oeuvre, and then car pooling to Peggy Frick's home for a delectible finger-food dinner before winding up at Tanya Conklin's, where in addition to desert of culinary delights prepared by Tanya, the women were treated to a tour of the Conklin's new home.
Rockford Women's club meets at 7:00 p.m. every 1st and 3rd Tuesday, generally at the Harvest Moon except on special occassions, when they announce a change of meeting place. All local area women are invited to the meetings.
