Spring is here! Are you looking for outdoor project ideas or planting information? Come to Malden Library and Community Center and find the answers. Many books are available on these subjects along with more than 1500 books, movies and music titles. If what you need isn’t on the shelf, Librarian Shannon Roe is available to help you find what you need in a book or online.

Every month Malden Library offers a craft time for children 12 and under. Join us May 9 at 3:45 p.m. for a special Mother’s Day craft.

The Malden Library and Community Center offers a variety of programs and activities. Come by Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. or Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or call 569-3771 for more information. You can also follow Malden Library & Community Center Facebook or on the Whitman County Library online calendar.

Mel Miller and Todd Deckard enjoyed a rainy afternoon chess match at the Malden Library & Community Center recently.
