Fairfield Gets Larger Recycle Bin

We [town of Fairfield, Washington] have an empty but different recycling bin. Since the town was having to have ours emptied about every three weeks, Empire Disposal felt that we should go to the next size, which is 40 cubic yards.

In order to have one that large, there are no doors on the sides. The lids are on top which means that you will have to use stairs to access it.

I truly hope this does not cause any hardship for anyone. It is important to know how you like this one so please pass on your feedback to me.

I was just looking at last year's newsletter and Fairfield has been recycling for one year with NO PROBLEMS! (knock on wood). Thank you for being such clean and faithful recyclers.

Recycling Container Installed at Fairfield, Wash.

Fairfield, Wash., received the container for recycling and it is in place behind Fairfield Town Hall.
"You don’t have to separate your items, everything just goes into the bin through the doors on the side. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call. I will try to answer them for you.
