South East Spokane County Fair Organizers Solicits Volunteers to Help With September 2013 Fair

On August 19, 2013 plan to attend the S.E. Spokane County Fair organizers meeting  to volunteer in whatever capacity you wish.

The fair will be September 20, 21, and 23, 2013 at the Park and fairgrounds in Rockford, Wash., and volunteers to help with the many tasks involved in having a successful event that annually attracts thousands of visitors are needed now.

Volunteers Needed - Urgent - May 13, 2013 Meeting


Interested in being part of our special night for the Class of 2013?  Volunteers are needed......please consider helping out for this wonderful event.

Please come to a meeting on Monday, May 13, at 6:00 P.M. in the HS library.

We will be coordinating the decorating, food, and chaperoning for the All Night Grad Party held Saturday, June 1.

This is a celebration for the senior class but grades 9-11 are also included in the fun and get to attend the festivities as well.

You don't have to have a student to be involved.  All food and supplies are provided so there are no costs involved to you.

Volunteers Needed For The Palouse Days Children's Carnival


The Little Peoples Park Project needs volunteers to help out with the Children's Carnival. We need mature teens and adults to help watch over the safety of our children on the bounce inflatables. As a gift for volunteering, each volunteer will receive one child's day pass for the inflatables. Please contact Shelley at 878-1510.

Volunteers Needed to Plant Roses Whitman St. Garden in Palouse, Wash



The replacement roses for the Whitman Street garden have arrived.  Volunteers are needed on Monday, July 9, at 8:00 AM to dig holes, amend soil and plant.  Please bring a shovel, bucket and about an hour of your time to help restore the rose garden on Whitman Street.

Volunteers Needed Tonight, May 14, 2012 -- 5:30 p.m.


Got any plans tonight?

Volunteers needed tonight, May 14th, @ 5:30 pm.

Meet at the Palouse Community Center with your shovels and wheelbarrows to help move dirt and river rock.

Things are coming along nicely.  The area between the PCC and the Open Eye will eventually be leveled for seating and landscaping.  Anyone can help, every little bit helps.

Volunteers Needed May 10, 2012 at Palouse Community Center, Palouse, Wash.


Volunteers are needed to move the dirt to fill in the gap between
The Palouse Community Center’s sidewalk and building.
Bring your friends and the job will go fast.
This Thursday, May 10, 5:30 PM
@ The Palouse Community Center.

There will be a truck on-site to dump debris, rocks, etc.

The more the merrier!
