"Hello everyone,

"Please don't forget about the dance this Saturday (the 28th) to benefit the Fair.

"There will be a deejay playing music for all ages, free pop and water, and snacks. No alcohol allowed.

"This is a family event with some fun surprises including the Chicken Dance, Twist, etc.

"And the best part of all is that our beautiful royalty will be there!

"All proceeds will go directly to the Fair.

"Please tell all you know about this great event and how important it is for us to keep the great Fair going.

"Thank you to Jack and Vicki Bergstrom, Donna Davey, Chuck Crockett and Linda Seaman (a new volunteer) for painting the food booths. Thanks also to the Lions Club who have done most of the work on the little white building to make it functrional. The Sainsbury family have done alot of work in the livestock area including the installation of a new yard light.

"Chris and Dan Thompson are very dedicated on selling as many tickets as possible for the cow chip bingo. We should all at least buy 2 tickets (1 for us and 1 for our spouse or significant other). They will be at Walmart this Sunday (the 28th) from 11:00am -3:00pm. There are 2 entrances so if anyone would like to help, contact them at 720-5110 or 291-3060.

"Thank you all for continually making the Fair a success. Your dedication is so appreciated! Remember the next Fair meeting is on Monday, September 29th starting @ 6:00pm [in Rockford Park]. Please bring work clothes.

Micki
