Colton Branch Library Storytime Focusing on Shapes

Throughout December, Storytime at the Colton Branch Library will continue to focus on shapes, as it did in November. A different shape will be explored each week through crafts, stories, and snacks. Thanksgiving was celebrated, and Christmas will be celebrated as well. Storytime is held at the library every Monday at 10:30 a.m. for children ages 1-6.

Third Thursday, the after-school program at the Colton Library, will have a special December theme, too. Children from kindergarten through 6thgrade are welcome to join in the fun at 3:15 p.m. A snack will be provided.

The Colton/Uniontown Book Club read the book The Big Burn: Teddy Roosevelt and the Fire That Saved America, by Timothy Egan, during the month of November.
