Also, send URL & email addresses for any members that don't have theirs listed. It was stated that it is very important to keep our website updated and Lynn is doing a great job!
 
Business of the Month - highlighting a business each month – we used to do this in the North Palouse Journal….maybe could start again in The Current or Valley Herald?
 
New Comers Dessert- 3X5 cards at Town Halls and Post Offices for new people to fill out so we can call and make appointments to deliver New Comers Bags and Invitations to the Dessert!
 
Food Drive Committee-
 
Christmas lighting contest- Committee start in September/October on planning for Thanksgiving thru Christmas
 
Membership Committee: We are ALL advertisers now. The success of the Hangman Creek Chamber of Commerce is up to YOU! Membership drive is by “word of mouth.”
 
Royalty Committee: pick our contestant for the South East Spokane County Fair Royalty and who will go along as the chaperone. We will pick our contestant in February. Coronation will be in May 2013 as usual. Last Years Court will serve thru the Lilac Parade and until the new Court is selected. We will have the list of participants soon.
 
Welcome Bags need items from businesses and all items should be delivered to Bev Bergstrom at the Fairfield Library or Vivian at Banner Bank OR brought to a Chamber meeting!
