Vivian Plank, Banner Bank manager and all around promoter of Rockford, Washington devotes her spare time to gathering dates and times of the various community organization meeting which she published on a calendar to be printed each month on resident's utility bills. Vivian also provides the calendar to Rockford's Town website. and also for publication here.
