Evening Activities - June 28, 2012 - at Rockford, Wash.

Rockford is a community with an unusally large number of organizations, which keeps area residents active most every day of the month.

On June 28, 2012, for example, the town has a number of events to bring people together in the evening.

Area residents are invited to the Rockford Community dinner, 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m., at Rockford United Methodist Church, provided jointly by RUMC and the Catholic Church.

The Rockford Community Center will be open 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Alcoholics Annonymous meeting is at the Rockford United Methodist Church at 7:00 p.m. Also at 7:00 p.m., Rockford Neighborhood Watch meeting at Town Park.

Movies in the Park (every Thursday evening) is at 8:00 p.m. (dusk)

Evenings in Rockford Park tend to get chilly after dark, even during the hot summer months, so plan to have warm clothing and\or blankets handy to bundle up when needed at the movies. Refreshments are provided, thanks to donations and volunteers.
