Free "Low and Slow Yoga
Flow" offered at the upper gym in Palouse, Sundays from 9:00 -10:00 am.
Dress comfortably and be prepared to
go barefoot. All you need to bring is a yoga mat and a water
bottle.
Tiana Gregg has been teaching Free
Fitness since last year and wants to offer this class for women who are new to
exercise, have limited mobility or other ailments that may be keeping them from
working out. However, this is a class that you can make as
challenging as you want, so even if you are in shape, you are welcome.
