Attentions Teens - Here’s your chance to win weekly countywide prizes and an iPod nano at the end of August. Teens sign up for Summer Reading at the library or online at www.whitco.lib.wa.us and earn a drawing entry for each hour read.
Colton, Wash., participants are also entered in a drawing for a $25 gift card of choice.
Adults can be rewarded for Summer Reading as well. Participants must read three books before August 31 and write a brief review.
Completers will be entered into a countywide drawing for a Kindle Touch and a local drawing for a $25 Safeway gift certificate.
A special program for teenagers is planned for June 28, 2012, at 4 p.m. Join Teen Librarian Chelsea to explore the world of spies and solve mysteries. Teens assume a spy identity and complete three missions. Attendees earn an extra entry into the weekly Teen Summer Reading prize drawings. Sign up at Colton library or online at www.whitco.lib.wa.us and earn a drawing entry for each hour read.
