The new Palouse Food Bank, sponsored by the Council on Aging, will have its first food distribution day next Wednesday, February 22, 2012, at the Palouse Community Center from 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 pm. It will be combined with the USDA commodities food.
Anyone with a 99161 zip code is eligible for the food bank food.
We will be open once a month on the Wednesday of the last full work week of the month. We have a food donation bin at the Palouse Market for anyone who would like to donate non-perishable food items to our own food bank.
