Preschool and Kindergarten screening and pre-registration, 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., May 10, 2012, Palouse, Wash.at Palouse Elementary School, Palouse, Wash.
Birth to 6 years old. Preschoolers must be 3 or 4 years old, and Kindergarteners must be 5 years of age as of midnight August 31, 2012.
The screening is free to children birth to 6 years of age. Childern will be give a vision, hearing, language, motor and general development check, which takes about thirty (30) minutes. Results will be provided to the parents. (Children birth to 2 years 11 months will not do the screening. Their parents will complete a questionaire instead.)
To schedule a screening appointment or be added to the mailing list, please call secretaries, Mrs. Lopez or Mrs. Griner, at 878-1921.
In order to complete the pre-registration, students must have immunization records and proof of birth.
