Yard Waste Facility Use Permits Required at Palouse, Wash.

There’s a big, bright, yellow thing in the sky.  What could that be?  Wait a minute…..is that the sun?  Holy cow!  It is.

Now that the sun is out, people will probably be doing more yard work.  Please remember to purchase in advance your 2012 compost permit if you plan on using the facility at Palouse, Wash., and bring in only your grass, leaves, and soft vegetation. Permits are available at Palouse City Hall.

The cost is $15.00 and the permit is good through December 31, 2012.  Permits are required per yard and are non-transferable.
