The program starts at 6:00PM at the McIntosh Grange #1001 which is located at 1st and Lake Ave. Rockford. The program is put on by the SE Spokane Fair Royalty Committee. There are nine candidates this year. Dessert will be served after the announcement of the queen and her court.
