Livestock and Land will present a free workshop for Hangman Creek watershed livestock owners and boarding facilities, March 11, 2012, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. at Fairfield Community Center, 304 E. Main St., Fairfield, Wash.

"Managing Mud, Manure and Runoff on Horse and Livestock Property"
Topics include:
  • Maure Composting 101
  • Healthy Pasures and Paddocks
  • Technques for Managing Runoff and Mud
The information provided relates to all types of livestock.
